Important Information for applicants

Thank you for applying for a Local Community Event Support Grant from Hepburn Shire Council. This grants program supports community-based events that have a local audience and promote the culturally and artistically vibrant communities of our Shire.

Before completing this application form, you should read the Local Community Event Grant Guidelines and Hepburn Shire Events Strategy. You will also need to refer to the Council Plan 2025-2029.

The first section of this application form is designed to help determine if you are eligible for a grant. It's crucial that you complete these questions before any others to ensure that you do not apply for an unsuitable grant.

Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

If you have any questions about the eligibility criteria, please contact Council's Community Grants Officer on (03) 5348 2306 or email grants@hepburn.vic.gov.au.
